The Cotswolds · Est. MMXVI
Quietly extraordinary houses.
Substantial renovations, extensions, barn conversions and new homes across the Cotswolds. Managed entirely, from the first drawing to the final key, by one team you will know by name.
When we take on a house, we take it on completely.
There is no main contractor and no sub-contractor to argue with. There is one contract, one site manager on your lane every morning, one quantity surveyor pricing every change before it happens, and a portal that shows you the day’s photographs before you think to ask.
Saunas, built from scratch.
We design and build saunas from the frame up: insulated, lined in timber, heated and lit, with benches made on site and lighting in any colour you like.
Three movements. No noise.
Concept & Planning
We join your project early, working with your architect or introducing one from our circle. Feasibility, cost planning, planning strategy and the discharge of conditions all happen before we break ground, so the build starts with no surprises.
2–6 months
Transparent Construction
A dedicated site manager runs the project. Your portal updates daily with photographs, programme progress and budget position. Changes are priced before they are made. Monthly valuations mean you pay for work done, never for work promised.
6–14 months
Handover & Aftercare
We snag with you room by room, deep clean, commission every system and hand over a complete documentation pack. A 12-month defects period follows, with the same people on the end of the phone.

From open barn to finished room.
The Barn.
Before
AfterYour house, in your hand.
The hardest part of a large build is not knowing. Our clients open a live dashboard whenever they like: the programme, the budget, the day’s photographs and a direct line to the people on site. Complete transparency, without a single site visit if you prefer.
Live programme
Every stage and milestone, updated as the site team completes it.
Budget position
Certified value, variations and retention, always visible and always current.
Daily photographs
Progress photographs uploaded from site each working day.

“We never once had to chase a trade. The portal told us what was happening before we thought to ask, and the house was handed over on the day they said it would be.”
R. & H. WhitcombeExtension and renovation, Chipping Campden “Our conservation officer described the work as exemplary. That sentence alone was worth the fee.”
J. AshworthListed restoration, Cirencester “The cost plan showed overheads and profit as separate lines. No other builder we spoke to would do that. It set the tone for the whole project.”

Tell us what you are creating and where. A director will reply personally within one working day. If we are not the right practice for the project, we will say so, and say who might be.
